This Privacy Policy explains how Shop The Look ("Shop The Look," "we," "us," or "our"), developed by Grinduck, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when:

• A Shopify merchant ("Merchant," "Client") installs and uses the Shop The Look app (the "App"), and
• The Merchant's customers or visitors ("Visitors," "Customers") interact with "shop the look" widgets, product bundles, or promotional offers displayed on the Merchant's Shopify store (the "Store").

Shop The Look enables Merchants to create interactive product widgets that showcase grouped products ("looks") and offer fixed or tiered discounts.

By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Important: We have no direct relationship with your Customers. Merchants are responsible for informing Customers and obtaining required consent.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide (Merchants)

• Name, email, store name
• Support communications
• Widget configuration data:
  • Selected products for "looks"
  • Discount settings (fixed or tiered)
  • Widget layout and display rules

2.2 Information from Shopify

Via Shopify APIs, we may access:

• Store details (name, domain, settings)
• Product data (titles, images, variants, pricing, collections)

Used to power the Shop The Look widgets.

2.3 Visitor / Customer Data

When users interact with widgets, we may collect:

• Interaction data:
  • Products viewed or selected in a widget
  • Applied discounts (fixed or tiered)
  • Widget engagement events
  • Timestamp and page context

Important: Shop The Look does not inherently require personal data collection (like email/phone), unless integrated with third-party tools configured by the Merchant.

2.4 Technical Data

• IP address
• Browser/device info
• Usage logs and performance data

• Maintain sessions

Merchants = Data Controllers (for any customer data tied to their store)

Shop The Look = Data Processor (processing on Merchant instructions)

We are a data controller only for Merchant account data.

Visitors must contact the Merchant directly.

Processing is based on:
